【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofadditiveuseofnicarbazininanimalfeedingstuffsandpremixtures(maximumconcentration2,5%nicarbazin)usinghighperformanceliquidchromatography.Nicarbazinisa1:1equimolarmixtureof4,4'-dinitrocarbanilide(DNC)and4,6-dimethyl-2-pyriminol(HDP).NicarbazinisgenerallydeterminedbyusingDNCasthetargetcompound.InthismethodtheDNCmoietyofnicarbazinisdetected.Thelimitofquantitationis20mg/kg.Thelimitofdetectionis0,5mg/kgNOTEAlowerlimitofquantitationmaybeachievablebutshouldbevalidatedbytheuser.
