【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftotalsulfurbymonochromatic,wavelength-dispersiveX-rayfluorescence(MWDXRF)spectrometryinsingle-phasegasolines,dieselfuels,andrefineryprocessstreamsusedtoblendgasolineanddiesel,atconcentrationsfrom2mg/kgto500mg/kg.TheprecisionofthistestmethodwasdeterminedbyaninterlaboratorystudyusingrepresentativesamplesoftheliquidsdescribedinandThepooledlimitofquantitation(PLOQ)wasestimatedtobe4mg/kg.Note1Volatilesamplessuchashigh-vapor-pressuregasolinesorlighthydrocarbonsmightnotmeetthestatedprecisionbecauseoftheevaporationoflightcomponentsduringtheanalysis.GasolinesamplescontainingoxygenatesmaybeanalyzedwiththistestmethodprovidedthematrixofthecalibrationstandardsiseithermatchedtothesamplematricesorthematrixcorrectiondescribedinAnnexA1isappliedtotheresults.TheconditionsformatrixmatchingandmatrixcorrectionareprovidedintheInterferencessection(Section5).Gasolinesanddieselswithsulfurcontentsabove500mg/kgcanbeanalyzedafterdilutionwithappropriatesolvent(see5.2).Theprecisionandbiasofsulfurdeterminationsondilutedsampleshasnotbeendeterminedandmaynotbethesameasshownforneatsamples(Section15).Whentheelementalcompositionofthesamplesdiffersignificantlyfromthecalibrationstandardsusedtopreparethecalibrationcurve,thecautionsandrecommendationinSection5shouldbecarefullyobserved.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardinformation,see3.1.
