【摘要】:ISO9509:2006specifiesamethodforassessingtheshort-terminhibitoryeffectofwaters,wastewatersortestsubstancesonnitrifyingbacteriainactivatedsludge.Theinhibitoryeffectisestimatedoveranexposureperiodofusually3horupto24hwithweaklynitrifyingsludge.Themethodisapplicabletonitrifyingactivatedsludgederivedfromdomesticandsyntheticsewageandalsotosludgesfromindustrialandmixeddomesticandindustrialwastewaters.Thenitrifyingactivityofthesludgeisverifiedbytestinginthepresenceandabsenceofaspecificinhibitor.Ifthenitrificationrateiswithinasuitablerangeforthetest,i.e.2mgofnitrogenpergramofsuspendedsolidandhourto6,5mgofnitrogenpergramofsuspendedsolidsandhour,thesludgemaybeuseddirectly.Ifnot,adjustmentsarenecessary.Themethodisapplicabletowater-soluble,non-volatilechemicals,andtowastewaters
