【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationandthemaintenanceofcateringvehicleswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliestoself-propelledcateringvehicles,withseateddriver,equippedwithaliftablevanbody.ExamplesofcateringvehiclesareshowninannexA.VehiclesofasimilardesignwithintheloadlimitsofthisstandardusedasGSEforotherpurposese.g.cleaningequipment,exchangeofaircraftseats,arealsocoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopneumaticsystems.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletocateringvehicleswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
