【摘要】:ThispartofISO6272describesamethodforevaluatingtheresistanceofadryfilmofpaint,varnishorrelatedproducttocrackingorpeelingfromasubstratewhenitissubjectedtoadeformationcausedbyafallingweight,witha20-mm-diametersphericalindenter,droppedunderstandardconditions.NOTETheterms“impact”and“impactresistance”areusedinthetitleandtextofthispartofISO6272,butanimportantcharacteristicoftheapparatususedisthatitshouldproducerapiddeformationratherthanatrueimpact.Themethoddescribedcanbeapplied-eitherasapass/failtest,thetestbeingcarriedoutfromonedropheightandwithaspecifiedmass,soastotestcompliancewithaparticularspecification;-orasaclassificationtest,todetermine,bygraduallyincreasingthedropheightand/orthemass,theminimummassand/ordropheightforwhichthecoatingcracksorpeelsfromitssubstrate.
