【摘要】:thisdocumentistoprovidearoadmapforthedevelopmentofPatientsafetyrelatedstandardsinthedomainofhealthinformaticsthatwillactivelysupportPatientsafetyinthehealthcareprocess.thepresentCEN/TRdefinesapossibleroadmapforastepwiseapproachforaneffectivestandardisationactivityintheareaofPatientSafety,includingthemainhealthsub-processesthatinvolvethehospitalisedPatientas:LaboratoryMedicineandPathology,Bio-imaging,DrugTherapyManagement,BloodTransfusionManagement,SurgeryManagement.Suchsub-processescanbeconsidered,fromaprocessmodellingperspective,acase-mixthatcoversmostoftheprocessrequirementsofPatientsafetyforthehospitalisedPatientandanappropriatestartingpointforthehealthprocessesthatinvolvenon-hospitalisedPatients.
