【摘要】:IEC60332specifiesmethodsoftestfortheassessmentofverticalflamespreadofverticallymountedbunchedwiresorcables,electricaloroptical,underdefinedconditions.NOTEForthepurposeofthisstandardtheterm"electricwireorcable"coversallinsulatedmetallicconductorcablesusedfortheconveyanceofenergyorsignals.Thetestisintendedfortypeapprovaltesting.TherequirementsfortheselectionofcablesfortestingaregiveninannexA.Theflamespreadismeasuredastheextentofdamageofthecablesample.Thisproceduremaybeusedtodemonstratethecable’sabilitytolimitflamespread.ThispartofIEC60332coverscategoryAF/Randrelatesonlytopowercablesofconductorcross-sectionalareagreaterthan35mm2installedonthetestladderinaspacedconfigurationonthefrontandreartoachieveanominaltotalvolumeofnon-metallicmaterialof7l/moftestsample.Theflameapplicationtimeis40min.Thismethodofmountingisintendedforspecialcabledesignsusedinparticularinstallationswhenrequiredinthecablespecification.CategoryAF/Risnotintendedforgeneraluse.ArecommendedperformancerequirementisgiveninannexB.
